The 1998 CSEB Annual Meeting is being designed to constructively review environmental assessment goals, processes, achievements,and failures.It is hoped that results of the meeting will contribute to an increased understanding of the topic areas and improvements in the processes. Sessions will consist of both invited and contributed papers as oral or poster presentations.
After review, accepted presentations will be published and distributed.

Titles, authors' names, addresses, affiliations, phone/fax/email and approximate 1/2 page abstracts should be mailed to Pat Ryan, Conference Co-chair, in electronic format (as email or on disc).
Authors' preference for oral or poster session should be indicated.
All papers selected for presentation must be provided as completed hard (paper) and electronic copies to conference organizers prior to presentation.
After review, accepted presentations will be published in the proceedings to be distributed to participants and, subsequently, available to all at cost price from the CSEB.
Preference for acceptance will be given to abstracts received no later than August 15, 1998.
Authors will be contacted for further instructions as to electronic preparation of final manuscripts.
