Developing and implementing an operations management plan,
you will ensure day-to-day office activities are
administered appropriately while managing a team of
multidisciplinary professionals.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Overseeing employee development
• Setting performance objectives with staff, ensuring they
have appropriate technical capabilities and training, and
assisting in the development of staff career paths
• Working with staff to set productivity targets and
supporting staff in meeting those targets
• Managing environmental consulting projects, while
ensuring timely and quality service delivery to clients
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
• The ability, willingness and passion to lead and manage a
dynamic team of multidisciplinary environmental
professionals
• A minimum of seven years experience
• Experience working in Alberta and northern regions
• The ability to develop, secure and deliver environmental
consulting projects
