have two ways to join the CSEB:
1) Download, complete and mail the
CSEB Membership Form
with their payment ($CAD Money order or cheque) to the CSEB

2) Fill out an
online application
and pay for your subscription using PayPal's
Online Payment
system (Click the "Online Payment" tab on the left).

SEND THE FORM AND CHEQUE BY MAIL.
